Auchencairn History Society

This year is the 25th anniversary of the Millennium Garden and the History Society.

The Millennium Time Capsule 

• In January the Millennium Time Capsule was opened and its contents, mostly work by the village school children, seen for the first time in 25 years.
• Now, you can see a display of this material in the Anteroom, and consider what should be put into the Time Capsule for the next 25 years.

The History Society Achieve

Archive Display is in the Murray Hall Anteroom.

The Archive display room contains photos and other material about the village.  This collection has been built up for over 20 years, mainly from the generosity of local people who have contributed family memories and photographs.

The archive will be open from 11.00 – 1.00 every second Thursday.

You are welcome to come and see the latest display, and enjoy browsing through the archive material.
